Since your in austalia, you may want to look at Newfound Electronics
WARP-17 programmer.  I bought it in the states for $79 assembled.
Don't know what the aus. price would be.  Take the links from
www.itutech.com to the Newfound page for more info.

BTW - I have a Macintosh driver for the Warp-17 that includes an
assembler, disassembler, editor, and simulator in the package!
