I am interested in using a PIC16C73 chip for a project.  Unfortunately, it
appears that my PICSTART-16B1 programmer won't do the job.

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between a PICSTART-16B1 and a
PICSTART-16C1 programmer ???

Is it just something simple like pin outs ???
