I think 2 16c74 chips have a fault in both a/d and serial (rs232 out).
They worked 2 nights ago but don't now.  I or anyone else cant see fault in
the code.  Antistatic precautions havent been at their best and we haven't
been letting the chips cool out the eraser.  Can someone send an a/d to
serial out program that is guaranteed to work to test our chips.
