I've just run into an error with my Pro-Master.  When we power on, we get
the logo screen, a release number screen, then a screen showing

        B5555 5511
        Press any key to continue

The unit locks up, no matter what keys are pressed.  We can't make contact
with the device to reload firmware.

Any ideas?
