I have bought the WARP3 from ITU. So far, I have only programmed 16c54 's with good success. There is a book which comes with the WARP3 which is helpful. I have been told that there is work going on developing 12c50x programming software. Of course a socket adapter will be required for the WARP3 which will cost some $. Good luck!
