Tom, This is the way my JW devices act when they go out; I can't make them work with any amount of UV exposure. I don't know of any way to revive them; someone once said to put them in a oven at a certain temp for a certain period of time, but after this even if they did work I wouldn't use them for development. Your message reads like the part was brand new. Was this the case? If so, just send if back, as they should come new blank. -Todd Peterson
