I had a lot of problems with the 16B1 programmer when trying to program the '84's. Sometimes it would program them and sometimes it wouldn't. I think the problem is with the on board power supply being on marginally sufficient for programming these devices. Tony Just when I thought I knew it all, I learned that I didn't.
