Tell me where you are in Canada.  I am in Scarborough (Ontario), and
I get all of my PICs from Active at Gordon Baker and Victoria Park in
Scarborough.  If you go to the microchip web page, you will be able to get a
list of Canadian representatives, by province.  Phone one and they'll tell
you where to go.  PS, when I buy PICs from acitve, they are cheaper than if
I bought them mail order!
