There is a problem, but it appears to a routing problem within Alternet. From
here we cannot ping your ISP's machines - it breaks down somewhere within
Alternet's backbone. I have emailed them about this, but I suggest you also
contact your system administrator and complain.

There is a steady stream of downloads - but no congestion.
