Hi, I am putting together a small robot to compete in a "Sumo" style competition in a few months, I have my basic algorithym worked out and have tested it on a bread board with a 16c55 and LED's, but I am wondering what would be the best way to detect my opponent, the competition ring is about 5 foot diameter, I am thinking using photo-transistors, I wouldn't need to have a longer detection range than say 2 feet, anyway if someone has a web page or knows of where I could find some good information I'd appreciate it. -Russ
