Things have progressed well past the point where "revenge" type solutions
are of any use whatsoever.  Chances are the spammer simply paid his first
months ISP bill (<<$100), sent his spam, and will never log into that ISP
again.  All "revenge" does is penalize the poor overworked provider and
other (innocent) subscribers of the same service...
