It are multy window text editor in which you may load all projects files and have "Tools" meny, that have user's defineble transfer program with hot-keys. I'm using : - Shift+F7 to run MPSIM, - Shift+F8 to run PICLAB programmer, - Shift+F9 to run MPASM, - Shift+F10 to run Telix terminal. I wrote ERR2MSG filter and it is very easy to find errors/messages and warnings in PIC-assembly program. (This filter only 5k and if somebody want it I may send it via mail uuencode or in this list). Because most of my application use RS232 communication, it's very easy to write test programm for PC in C or Pascal. My PIC-development configuration was tested under DOS 6.2,Win-3.11 and Win-95.
