Yes, but it would be extremely popular with all of us hardware guys that have this huge collection of secondary batteries lying around and keep forgetting to keep them topped up! It's a zoo around my house every Halloween - trying to get all my batteries charged for all my 'effects'. Your idea has been my idea for the past 8 years!
