In addition to my last mail I would like to add that a truer network can
only be formed without the chain and all connections to the controller.  In
reality the hierarchy of tasks is not always the same I.e. for humans if you
are tired you go to bed in preference to watching TV, but if the TV is good
on another night and you are exactly the same amount tired then you might
watch TV instead of going to bed.  For simple control hierarchy, my network
idea would work, but for an adaptive hierarchy a more complex software
solution is needed.
