I was using Netscape as my mail reader. In the options section, you can set the account that you want the program to get your mail from. In another section, you have to give your identity and reply-to addresses. I would make sure that all addresses are correct. It may be that a letter could be off, so infact the listserv is talking to you, you just are not hearing it because of a typo!
