I can't seem to get listserv to talk to me.

     I've sent two requests for INFO REFCARD (as per message #1) and one
     request for HELP PICLIST (as Andy suggested), but listserv won't send
     me anything in return!

     I've been sending to the address "listserv@mitvma.mit.edu" with the
     command string in BOTH the subject and the body of the letter.

     If anybody knows if I'm doing something wrong, I'd appreciate the
     help.
