Is there a pre-made IC based translator for translating RS-422 signals
to RS-232?  I'm currently studing serial protocols in the hopes of
programming a PIC 16C84 to act as a translator, but someone told me that
there may already be such a thing.  I really don't want to re-invent the
wheel.
