I have programmed some 12C5XX parts with a picstart 16B and my drop in
replacement firmware. You can stil download this for free. See my signature
below.

The 12CXXX is not on the current driver but is available on a seperate
driver.
If you want to look at using my "phoenix" upgrade for the 12CXXX parts,
email me for the seperate driver.
