I have one that I got with a prototype Intertial Dynomometer, but I don't know the manufacturer. You attach it to the transmission in place of the speedometer cable, and attach the cable to the transducer. 2 wires come from the transducer and carry a pulse related to the speed (needs to be calibrated in sotware for the car -- gear ratio, tire size, etc).
