I'm looking for a type of data storage memory which can be accessed serialy while still written to and read from at speeds up to 10K bytes per second. I need a minimum storage of 8K. A write speed of 50K would be great. The application is in a data interface/logger which can log data slowly as well as capturing medium-speed signals. EEPROM or Flash would be nice but is not necessary because the system will operate from a battery. Any ideas? --Stephen Bannasch Director of Technology, Concord Consortium 37 Thoreau St., Concord, MA 01742 tel: 508 371 3477, main number: 508 369 4367, fax: 508 371 0696 mailto:stephen@concord.org, http://www.concord.org
