    I think we've all been there.  You always forget the single (usually
    trivial) item without which the whole trip becomes a waste of time.

    The 25- to 15- pin DB converter?  Doh!

    The little twiddler to adjust that single pot?  Doh!

    Either that, or you spill a cup of coffee over your suit pants on
    the plane in the morning and have to spend the entire trip explaining
    the stain.
