For those of you who's Italian isn't too good - a brief translation - also
by a Maurizio - no far from my office.

The Maurizio in question apologises more or less profusely and remarks that
he was expecting really important mail when the XMAS thing hogged his system.

As his (Italian) temper flared he sent a reply to all of us instead of the
(what he calls) dungball lower than shark excrements on the sea bottom (very
Italian).

He proceeds to apologise again and again.

I think somewhere in your heart you can find a soft spot and accept the apology.
