I'm still a beginner wit PICs and I have some questions:

-Is it possible to make PIC16C84 that drive a SIMM memory module(old
ones, 30 pins)? Where can I find some informations?
-What is the simplest programer to build? I visited SIS and tried two
programer: Com84 and BlowPIC, but they both don't wokrs.
