Presumably there is a HAM swap meet in your area, ask at local stores that
sell Amateur Radio gear, or surf the web for info. A for < $100 you can easily
pick up a 60Mhz o'scope of some off brand (Kicksui's(sp?) were popular for
a while) You can also sometimes get one of the GIANT tektronix mainframe
scopes, they weigh about 100 lbs but they get the job done.
