I find that a mailing list is more handy for forums where I like to
read each and every message. The PIC List is definitely one of them.
If I haven't checked for messages/news for a while, it just piles up
in my mailbox.

However, there is one thing I would like to see. I subscribe to a few
other mailing lists and my mail box is forever crowded. One of the
mailing lists(esri-l) I subscribe to puts a prefix(ESRI: ) in front
of the subject. This lets me scan my mail easily and non-mailing list
mail is easy to find. I wish the PIC list had such a prefix(PIC: ?) too.
