I have a friend at Genesis One in CT that built this type of thing using an
ISD chip and interfacing it to a 16C74. He made a talking Voltmeter with the
PIC A/D to read the voltage. He has a Web page at
www.panix.com/~allain/genesis_one/. He is in Japan right now but he may be
