The newer releases of Pads have PICs in them, but the newer libraries are
not compatible with old releases of the programs. Old libraries can be
imported to the new versions, but not the other way around.

Making parts in Pads is not hard, pick a part that looks close, edit it
until it looks right, and save it with a new name.
