I'm assuming that you also need it to have a DIP footprint, so it'll plug into your PIC programmer. Normally, I'd just refer you to the answer to Question #2, in the "Microchip PIC Answers" section of my company's web page, but I just noticed that I omitted a phone number from that answer. Therefore... Call EDI Corporation at 702 735-4997; their part number for an 18-pin ZIF SOIC-to-DIP adapter is, as far as I can tell, 20SO30A/D3-ZL3.
