New MPLAB interim release files v.3.10.03 are now available on the Microchip BBS
and on the Microchip web page (www.microchip.com).  This version fixes the
problem that sometimes shows as a KRNL386.EXE error, and will detect older
running versions of the file BWCC.DLL that some have had problems with.
