This is it -> * I'm using a PIC178C42A with 128K of external Program FLASH and 128K of BB CMOS SRAM * I need a total a 3 serial ports for this device * One of the ports requires TX,RX,CTS,RTS,DTR,DSR,DCD,RI,GND (for a 400Mhz MODEM) * The other two ports only need TX,RX,GND. Q: What would be the best way to switch between ports? Multiplexing may get messy, However a DUART is possibility, component size and power consumption is very important for this design. Any suggestions? Thanks Joshua Woods j.woods@qut.edu.au http://www.scsn.bee.qut.edu.au
