 Yes;indeed you can use all ports (or lets call it registers)by basic
 command to write poke and to read peek(does it sound familiar??)

 you want.They also supply their own assembler which is more powerful
than mpasm.

 Besides you can use this compiler not only for 16c84 for all members of
 16cxx,16c7x,16c6x.i used it on a 16c64 and 16c71 it was very easy and
 satisfactory.I think it is worth to buy it.One more think it is fully
 stamp compatible...:)
