The 4514 and 4515 are other 16 -1 demux's that work nicely.  Lower current
draw; but their drive capacity is somewhat limited.  You can generally get
about five mA from an output...  They latch if you so desire. Seems like the
4514 goes high and the 4515 has low-going outputs.  We use 'em for bcd
decoding to drive darlington optocouplers as isolated outputs for one of
oour dtmf products.
