The last 10 years i'm using ULTIboard (of Ultimate Technology, NL) for over
9 years (before i was using SMwork).
It is a very good program with a lot of features. There is an internetoffer
at the moment; the price is about US$79 excluding VAT. (for the 500 pin
version : Challenger Lite Version).
