This is incorrect.  Rich Ottosen built the SONAPIC hardware, and I wrote the
firmware (bugs and all).  Daniel Henzulea was not involved; I don't even know
who he is.  I would appreciate it if you would check your facts before making
such assertions.

The reason it contains such a blatant bug as was recently discussed here is
that we started development, got it basically working, and then our need for
it vanished.  So we decided to give it away.  It never underwent the
extensive QA testing which our actual products receive.
