The St you are looking for is "APLIU" and is right outside the underground railway station. There are a few major electronic retailers there and a heaps of street hawkers. Some of the prices for components are ridiculously low but the term "junk" may well be fitting so beware. Unless things have changed, PIC prices were higher there than what they are in Australia. Why your there, a visit to the "Golden Shopping center" near by is a must. Jim
