Brian, Is there any chance that FRam can be implemented on uControllers or even that uControllers can be implemented using FRam? I use I2C FRAM now in place of EEProm as it seems to me to be everything that EEProm should have been from the start: - zero write time, - infinite write cycles, - indefinate data storage time...
