According to the code when changing back from daylight saving time wouldn't it get stuck in a loop changing to 1am at 2am and then repeating this 1 hour later (i.e at 2am again)? Of course for everyone living in the best part of the world (Southern hemisphere :-)) the daylight saving start and finish dates would need to be reversed.
