I found that many of the engineers were really knowledgeable, surprisingly so, in Mexico City. The PIC LIST post I sent was to the PIC LIST and was intended for technically inclined engineers. I don't mean to offend you re: brown out. The comment was meant to go to the engineers on the PIC LIST. I'm sure you know if you follow the list that the brown out problem has been discussed in depth previously. PS: Your Spanish is fine. Mexicans will appreciate this of you greatly.
