I have a very fin programmer the Pocket Pic ( EPIC?) from M.E.L.

I would like to run my code thru MPLAB first and use Microchip style
opcodes but its software at the moment has a problem with the HEX file
produced by MPASM.

If there is a FTP'able programmer software source that is MPASM hex file
compatable that will work with this unit could someone point me to it please?

I think they will fix it some time and I would likely use their software
then but I really like MPASM more than the other style. For one think
the data book examples are all in MPASM.

Also anyone have any luck with the CESSIM simulator for demo for the 16c84?

I have not had much time to try it but I feed it two files the assembled with
out errors elsewhere and it generated a buch of error messages on the source
code.
