port PIC programmer for PICs PIC16C61, 62, 64, 65, 71, 73, 74, 84, 620, 621
and 622

What is new in this version?

- bug in saving Hardware setup is fixed
- 10 sec. delay is remmoved and
- for PIC16C84 all 1024 bytes can be now programmed in shareware version.
