I use Eudora with PPP to an ISP which must download all mail. To avoid waiting, I simply stopped Eudora, opened a terminal window to my ISP's Unix account, and used PINE to delete the offending message, then reloaded my Eudora mail. My point is you will benifit by finding out how not to download big spam's, and killfile/delete smaller ones, rather than amplify the problem by bitching to the list about it (which is pollution in itself, like this message that your reading, sorry). Maybe Jorry could have the Mailing List Server E-mail a 'Netiquitte' or posting warnings to all new subscribers and obnoxious reminders to offenders. You will be spammed again, and again, so Please don't bitch to the List, bitch to the offender. I hate deleting big spam's, and little anti-spam spam's, and anti-anti-spam spam's, and spam, spam, spam, spam's - spam, spam, spam, spam's WonderfullSPAMMMM WonderfulSPAM spam, spam, spam, spam WonderfullSPAMMMM Oops, sorry. Got carried away in a Python-flashback :)
