Somewhere I remember either seeing in the datasheets or in the list
some discussion on internal PUP (pull-ups).  If I configure pins on
a port as inputs, will they be seen as high's or floaters ?  What
I'd like to do is put a jumper block with ground for a configure
pin (that the program reads) without having to add external pups.
