Hi,

does anyone know, how many program/erase cycles a 17C44 will survive?

Is it a problem, that the configuration bits are reprogrammed with their
current value, because erase time - sufficient for program space - does not
suffice for erasing the configuration bits?

Should I always erase so long, that the configuration is cleared? Does the
UV-lamp cause radiation-defects in the semiconductor?
