I thought there used to be an online (draft) DCC standard, but I don't thin it's there any longer. Then again, the link that's supposed to lead to the "NMRA standards and documents" section weren't working when I was poking around. I believe you can find that link from various places in both Dawdy's and Weyand's web sites.
