You can order a Holtek data book from DigiKey, mine is an older
version, there is a 1995 version for Remote Control. They make alot of
neat chips for telephone, voice synthesizer, piano, toys, LCD games,
clocks etc. Their brochure says they have been in business since 1983
with world headquarters in Taiwan.
