I was going to say "nope, not lately" after flipping through the latest (1995 copyright) version, but then I thought to look in the previous year's edition, which I have in bound form (the new one was printed from the .pdf). At least as of the 1994 edition, the "quick reference" section was tacked onto the end of the user's guide: for those of us working from downloaded .pdf files I expect this will be a separate document.
