Actually, I have a strange question.  If I wanted to generate true random
numbers in hardware, would a PIC for communication tied to a CCD with no
outside view be able to generate true random numbers?  I would assume
that the thermal noise you normally have to filter out of the CCD output
when doing astronomy would make a wonderful random number generator.
