Not exactly. The MIDI bit rate was picked for easy generation from
microprocessor crystal rates.

1X   -    31250
16X  -   500000
32X  -  1000000
128X -  4000000
320X - 10000000
640X - 20000000

And it's exact too. So just use a 4, 10, or 20 Mhz crystal and then divide
using the Timer0 prescaler and Timer0 to generate the correct bit rate.
