I too downloaded this file.  It's also 442 pages long, but that only covers
sections 1-3.  The index suggests that there are more sections (4-11).
Not that the first three sections aren't interesting, but I'd like to get
my hands on the remaining portion of this handbook.

Does anybody know where I could get the rest of the embedded controller
handbook?
