Thanks eveyone for the support with my MOSFET drive problems.  I had
two ranges of solutions which could work for me.  Henry, Markus, and Alexander
thanks for the tip on the charge-pump high-side drivers.  Ed and Ken,
thanks for directing me to logic level MOSFETs.   Both suggestions
qualified as winners.  The logic level MOSFET solution works best for me
because it is a drop in solution into board already made.  I have not
implemented it yet.  I expect to power them today.
